We focus on nervous system regulation for the family because regulation supports learning, emotional health, behavior, attention, social interactions, academics, family dynamics and so much more.

A sense of calm, focus, and engagement starts with a sense of safety and we access that through the nervous system, via an hands-on approach called Craniosacral Therapy

Many families come to us with concerns about

  • Infants: Colic, muscle tightness, asymmetries, feeding issues, delayed milestones, sleep issues

  • Kids: Attention, behavior, sensory processing, movement concerns

  • Parents: Stress management, decreasing pain, releasing tissue restrictions, processing stored traumas, TMJ management and more!

Craniosacral Therapy can be very beneficial for parents who are managing stress, experiencing pain or tightness, are in need of regulation tools, and who need to have a moment to relax with a provider who understands the unique stresses and demands placed on parents supporting kids with unique needs.

Wondering how to help your child or yourself progress through pain, tightness, stress, or nervous system dysregulation? We can help!

We offer Craniosacral Therapy (CST) for parents and children, to support overall nervous system health. Through this light touch, hands-on, bodywork therapy, the practitioner helps the parent and/or child access and release tight tissues that are storing causing movement restrictions, pain, past traumas, or old movement patterns so that the body can function more optionally.

Sessions are limited based on our availability and are on a first come first served basis.

We look forward to working with you.
