Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Outpatient - Clinic only

Sprout + Thrive is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide play-based, sensory, and motor-focused interventions for children ages 0–12.
You’ll collaborate closely with OTs, caregivers, and other team members to support children’s independence in daily routines at home, school, and in the community.

Treat a variety of needs including infants, feeding, sensory integration, fine/gross motor, reflex integration and regulation needs
Work in Snohomish and nearby areas (Everett, Arlington, Stanwood, Lake Stevens)

Qualifications: COTA degree and WA licensure required. Pediatric experience preferred.
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Onsite / Some Home Health | room to grow to full time caseload - ask about our options
We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized speech, language, and social communication services for children. You’ll collaborate with our OTs and mental health providers to create cohesive, evidence-based plans that support functional communication and regulation.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech/language and feeding evaluations
Deliver therapy (individual, group, and/or telehealth)
Collaborate across disciplines and with families
Participate in team meetings and progress tracking
Schedule: 10–25 hrs/week, highly flexible. Can grow this position to be full time or part time.
Qualifications: Master’s degree, WA SLP license, ASHA CCC preferred, pediatric experience required.
Play Therapist
Part-Time | 10–25 hrs/week
We’re seeking a warm and engaging Play Therapist who understands that play is the natural language of children and connection is the foundation for growth. You’ll provide play-based, relational therapy for children and families, collaborating with our OT and speech teams to support emotional regulation, social skills, and resilience.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
WA license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Associate)
RPT or working toward RPT preferred
Experience with neurodiverse children and trauma-informed models
Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)
Part-Time | Flexible Schedule (could be full time if desired)

We are expanding our emotional wellness services and seeking a Mental Health Provider experienced with children and families. The ideal clinician is collaborative, developmentally attuned, and excited to work alongside parents to support routines, managing behaviors, relationship dynamics, and more to support family centered care.
